HeloKit was born from firsthand experience running helicopter tour operations. We understood the frustration of juggling spreadsheets, paper manifests, and disconnected systems just to get flights in the air.
We saw pilots calculating weight and balance on paper, front desk staff manually tracking waitlists, and managers piecing together reports from multiple sources. There had to be a better way.
So we built HeloKit - a single platform designed specifically for helicopter tour companies. Every feature comes from real operational needs, not theoretical requirements. We use it ourselves, and we build what actually works.
