Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HeloKit's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

HeloKit provides helicopter tour management software including booking management, customer relationship management, weight and balance calculations, reporting, and related services. Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Account Registration

To use HeloKit, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into HeloKit. We claim no ownership rights over your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Aviation Disclaimer

HeloKit provides tools to assist with aviation operations, including weight and balance calculations. However, the pilot in command remains solely responsible for all flight safety decisions. HeloKit is a tool to assist, not replace, proper pilot judgment and regulatory compliance. Users must verify all calculations independently before flight.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeloKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HeloKit harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be disabled. You may export your data prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
